Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa, embarked on a transformative journey to modernize its business operations. With operations spanning nine countries and 21 legal entities, CCBA aimed to streamline its finance, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
Challenge
The project presented several challenges, including:
- Managing the complexity of implementing a unified system across multiple countries with diverse regulatory and operational requirements.
- Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency during migration.
- Equipping end-users across various regions with the training and tools necessary to adapt to the new system.
- Achieving all of this within a tight timeline of just one year.
Our Role
As a trusted partner, Axapta Masters collaborated with CCBA and other stakeholders to contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Our involvement focused on:
- Data migration and ensuring high standards of data quality and consistency across all entities.
- Supporting deployment processes to ensure smooth integration with existing operations.
- Training and supporting end-users to maximize adoption of the new system.
- Resolving issues during the transition to minimize disruptions.
