Coca-Cola Beverages Africa Streamlines Its Operations with Microsoft Solutions

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa, embarked on a transformative journey to modernize its business operations. With operations spanning nine countries and 21 legal entities, CCBA aimed to streamline its finance, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
