Walraven is a company established in 1923 by the founder Jan van Walraven and his wife, Emma. Jan was the inventor and Emma was the entrepreneur who started the company in Mijdrecht, NL, mostly due to the shortage of pipe fittings in the years after the war. The company, with the moto “The value of smart”, the purpose of being multinational with a heart and making a sustainable difference, today operates in 5 continents and has over 1,000 employees. As a company known for its efficiency in the long-term planning and innovations, it was a no-brainer that the obvious choice for the further investment in the digitalization will be D365 F&O.

Building a foundation for long-term success

The Walraven team initiated preparations for implementing D365 F&O during the pandemic, starting with the native Netherlands entity and subsequently rolling out to the UK and Poland. Axapta Masters proudly participate in this journey, contributing both from our offices in Skopje and on-site in the respective countries. Our constant on-site presence played a crucial role across all project phases, including Design and Build, Key-User training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hypercare. This ensured a smooth implementation and post-implementation process without major disruptions to business operations. We diligently monitored everyday processes, providing consistent support.

• Plan to manufacture implementation and optimization
• Warehouse implementation and optimization
• Sales & Purchase
• Synchronization between F&O and CRM

With a design approach to keep to the standard functionalities as much as possible, but still fully aligned with the strict product flows in the main warehouse and the production unit. Data Migrationa and Security design and implementation were another two areas where our team had a meaningful impact.
